Die Rippe zirkuliert in einer hei\u00dfen Trommel, die sie vorw\u00e4rmt und gleichzeitig durch einen Hei\u00dfluftstrom die Rippe und die Klebestelle aktiviert, um eine bessere Haftung der Rippe zu erreichen. Eine automatische Schneidevorrichtung schneidet die Rippe an einer exakten, vorherbestimmten Stelle ab und erleichtert so die nachfolgenden Arbeitsschritte im Produktionsprozess. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen wir dank der einstellbaren F\u00fchrung den Abstand der Rippe vom Sohlenrand variieren, was zweifellos der beste Zement f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung der folgenden Prozesse in der Goodyear-Produktion ist. Die Konstruktion dieser Maschine erm\u00f6glicht es, die Rippe sowohl bei runden und d\u00fcnnen Schuhen als auch bei Cowboystiefeln anzubringen.
